Most JVThunderCat Media products are made-to-order through print-on-demand and production partners. That means your item is created specifically for you once you place an order.
Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. However, if there is a problem with the print, the item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will work with our production partner to fix it.
To report a problem or start a replacement request, email us at info@jvthundercat.com with your order number and a short description of what’s going on.
JVThunderCat Media is a small, hands-on brand. When you reach out, you’re talking directly to our crew, not a giant call center.
Our apparel follows standard unisex sizing from our print-on-demand partners. Each product page will include sizing details or a link to the specific size chart for that item.
Many JVThunderCat products are printed and shipped by trusted print-on-demand and production partners. This lets us focus on design and story, while they handle the heavy lifting on production.
Take clear photos of the issue and email them, along with your order number, to info@jvthundercat.com. We’ll review it and work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or other solution according to their policy.
