Returns

Most JVThunderCat Media products are made-to-order through print-on-demand and production partners. That means your item is created specifically for you once you place an order.

Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. However, if there is a problem with the print, the item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will work with our production partner to fix it.

  • Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery if there is an issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging help us speed things up.
  • Approved replacements or refunds are handled according to the policies of our production partner.

Our apparel follows standard unisex sizing from our print-on-demand partners. Each product page will include sizing details or a link to the specific size chart for that item.

  • If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we usually recommend ordering one size up.
  • Some items (like fitted cuts or specialty jackets) may fit differently; check the notes on the product page.

What happens if there’s a defect or misprint?

Take clear photos of the issue and email them, along with your order number, to info@jvthundercat.com. We’ll review it and work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or other solution according to their policy.

Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
